Previously a Research Associate at the University of Oxford’s Digital Ethics Lab, she now works in the Dept of Education, Practice and Society at University College London, while creating groundbreaking content and educational practice on digital identity, for leading UK public schools. Rebecca’s focus at HDT is thoughtful and ethical application of technology within the workspace. She works closely with those in education developing products, solutions, and different ways of thinking in relation to the modern digital ecology.

Sally ran the National Offensive Cyber Programme and was joint leader of the National Cyber Force, finishing a 25 year career in national security as Director Cyber at GCHQ  Her leadership experience from capability development, technical innovation and strategic change is now used to mentor individuals and start ups and provide direction to a range of companies.  Sally’s focus at HDT is the impact of big data and AI on human decision making and she regularly speaks at national and international events on social, ethical and technological challenges facing modern leaders.
